Havre's Living History Day

This day only, come and see Havre's attractions come alive. With our attractions dating all the way back to Pre-Horse; the Wahkpa Chu'gan Buffalo Jump is offering special tours that include getting a chance to throw an Atlatl (which is one of humanity's earliest mechanical inventions), H.Earl Clack Museum is offering special tours this day, Fort Assinniboine- which the presence of the fort lead to the formation of Havre - this day only you will get a chance to take an extended ride on the Black Jack Wagon around this massive fort. View inside 4 of the 13 original buildings still standing out of the 100+ buildings, we will have a special Native American Historian speaking on how their presence influenced the fort, a special presentation from Native Singers, and Dancers performing throughout the day.
