Things to do in Missouri River Country

Calling All Birders!

Win a weekend getaway June 7th-9th

Big skies and vast plains stretch throughout Missouri River Country, and they aren’t empty—over 200 species of birds call Northeast Montana home, and birders travel from all over to try their luck at spotting some. That is why Montana Audubon is hosting the 20th Annual Wings Across the Big Sky Bird Festival in the stunning glaciated plains of Missouri River Country, where prairie habitats support a unique array of species and charming communities welcome bird-watching travelers.

Enter to win two tickets to Wings Across the Big Sky, lodging courtesy of Burke Ranch Outfitters, and a beach towel, cooler and gift card for your summer getaway in Northeast Montana.

Last day to enter is May 22nd. The winner will be contacted via email and have 48 hours to respond and accept their prize package.
