Don’t Fence Me In Trail Run
Twenty-five years ago, a race was born in the heart of Helena. The Don’t Fence Me In Trail Run began as a grassroots effort to showcase the work of Prickly Pear Land Trust. Don’t Fence Me In has become a cherished Helena tradition and an enduring symbol of community and conservation. All funds raised support parks, trails, and open space in west-central Montana. After your event, join us for a big old party in the park with food and beer, music and dancing, balloon art, and yard games.
In 2025, we will have four new courses and six events (50K, 25K, 12K Race, 12K Walk, 5K Race, 5K Dog Walk).
All courses now begin and end in Pioneer Park.
