This classic musical visits River City, Iowa where a fast-talking salesman gets his heart stolen by the local librarian. Harold Hill arrives in River City with big plans to con the community into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys’ band he never intends to actually lead. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian, the librarian.
